What do I need to fill in before landing in Bali?

Before landing, complete the free All Indonesia Arrival Card on allindonesia.imigrasi.go.id or the All Indonesia app, within 3 days of arrival. Since October 2025 it combines immigration, customs, health and quarantine declarations in one form. Also have your e-VOA or visa and the Bali tourist levy voucher ready.
In detail
The All Indonesia card replaced the separate electronic customs declaration and health forms. Submitting it generates a QR code that officers scan at immigration and customs. You may be asked to show it before reaching the counter.
The form is free. Ignore websites or emails that ask for payment to submit it.
Declare cash or equivalent instruments worth IDR 100,000,000 or more when entering or leaving Indonesia. The customs section of the card covers this, along with goods such as large amounts of tobacco or alcohol.
Good to know
- Screenshot your arrival card QR code in case airport Wi-Fi is slow.
- Fill it in on the day before your flight so the 3-day window is respected.
