A slender fall in a deep green valley just outside Munduk, with a shrine near the base. The toughest stop of the Munduk trek.

Itinerary

  1. Getting there

    By car or scooter: Ubud approx. 120 min · Canggu approx. 120 min · Seminyak approx. 120 min. Head for Munduk.

  2. Ticket & parking

    IDR 20,000 per adult. Cash, paid at the shop at the top of the stairs. Another guide says 10,000.

  3. The walk · Hard

    Up to about 500 steep steps into the valley, 15 min down and longer up. About 2.5 hours with Labuhan Kebo.

  4. At the falls

    Small pools downstream; sources disagree on the base.

  5. Then

    Continue with Labuhan Kebo Waterfall, Red Coral Waterfall (Munduk), Munduk coffee plantations.

Morning, wet or shoulder season for fuller flow.
