If you chose the morning class, you will start your day with a visit at the local market where we will pick fresh herbs, spices, vegetables and meat.

The experience continues with a visit in a rice field where you will be able to chat with the farmers and learn more about the balinese rice culture.

Upon our return to Kelabang Moding village you will see the temples all along, school, and traditional balinese life and culture. You will be welcomed in a traditional balinese house and discover the local traditions and witness the natural coconut oil production process.

It will then be the time to start cooking! You will learn how to make different dishes and sides. The class is conducted in English by Balinese chef fully qualified in Balinese Cuisine.

We will then taste all the creation that you have made before heading back home with the recipes and a balinese cooking certificate.
