Where is the best diving spot in Bali ?

There is a few places in Bali where you can actually dive and the scuba diving in Bali is amazing. The best spot for scuba diving would be Nusa Penida, over there you can dive withe Manta Ray all year long, they come in Manta Bay and Manta point to be cleaned by small fish and we call it "cleaning station". You can also see the Mola Mola or Sun Fish between September till November, it's a big fish living usually in the deep and when the water temperature is decreasing then they come up in the shallow water when you can encounter them !
Nusa Penida is full of untouched corals and abundant Marine life because the ocean bring with the currents all the nutriments needed.
The condition over there can be tough, it's recommended to be a certified diver before, strong current and down current can make the dive a little bit risky.
But you can still try diving without certification in some confined places.
So to start diving in Bali if you never try before, you have to go to Amed, clear and calm water, beautiful corals and marine life and black sand from this volcanic Island will make your experience unforgettable.
You ll have to dive on the liberty wreck, reachable for snorkeler and discover scuba diving.
You can also dive in Permuteran in the north west of the island, specially on the island of Menjangan where the dive is very good.
