PART 1: 8.30am-1pm – Art of Breath, Ice Bath, Mindset shift
In the experience, Alex will share:
The “LIMITLESS” program incorporating meditation, projection, intention, breathing, pranayama techniques to get you to connect deeply with your body.
The science behind the method and what is happening BIOLOGICALLY when you breathe, hold your breath and immerse in a cold bath.
Exposition to the COLD, playing with extremities then full immersion.
PRACTICAL TIPS to breathe better, sleep better, control your immune system and face your fear.
Recommendations to set a new morning routine that can have ripple effects in all aspects of your life.
You will be invited to take on a 90 day transformative challenge, supported by the other participants in your group. (no extra charge)
PART 2: 1pm-6pm – Next level mind/body connection
After a delicious lunch in a magical setting, you will be asked to wear a blindfold as we drive to a secret and sacred location hardly known even by the Balinese.
After a short walk through the jungle we will arrive to an incredible cave, waterfalls and natural pool. Out of this world.
