More than just a Pilates class, this event is a whole vibe in itself.

We start at 7.15am by the pool at Le Bajo, rice fields glowing, soft sun on your skin & that slow spicy burn building from the inside out.

First comes a layered, intentional mat pilates class where we move with control, focus on posture and breath, and build deep core strength that actually carries into your everyday life. Expect holds, pulses, progressions, and options for every level. You’ll leave feeling long, strong and energised.

The best part? There’s no rushing off. Stay for a swim afterwards, stretch out on the sunbeds by the pool (included for our group), have breakfast and sip your coffee with a view while letting the morning unfold slowly.

Think of it as your aesthetic, healthy, connected Friday ritual, before Canggu fully wakes up.
