No ready-to-use meat substitutes or packaged ingredients are used during this cooking course. Everything is homemade with fresh and natural products.
Cooking classes are available in the morning and the afternoon. The morning class includes a visit to the local market to select and buy fresh ingredients.
There is no fixed menu. Every class will make different dishes depending on the season and the ingredients available at the local market. But here are a few examples of dishes that you will be cooking and tasting!
Of course, if you are vegetarian, the option is available and you will cook only vegetarian dishes.
If you want to learn how to cook the famous Martabak Telor (egg based) or Martanak Manis (sweet) you can select the option for an additional 200.000 IDR / pers.
